Dental11 – MDDr.(CZE) Polydefkis Papaioannou
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all dental services, consultations and treatments provided by the Dental11 dental practice.
By making an appointment or using a treatment, patients accept these GTC.
The version of the GTC valid at the time of treatment applies.
Treatments take place exclusively by appointment.
Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
In the event of no-show or late cancellation, the reserved appointment may be charged according to the time spent.
The prices are based on the dental tariff (DENTOTAR) as well as the type and scope of the respective treatment.
Payment is due immediately after treatment or according to the invoice issued.
In the event of late payment, reminder fees, default interest and additional collection costs may be incurred.
Installment payments can be arranged through our external partner (Zahnärztekasse AG); the conditions are determined directly between the patient and Zahnärztekasse.
Clarification of the assumption of costs by insurance companies (accident, basic or supplementary insurance) is the responsibility of the patients.
Direct assumption of costs only takes place if this has been confirmed in writing in advance.
We guarantee careful and professional treatment according to the current medical standard, but cannot guarantee treatment success.
No liability is assumed for damages resulting from incomplete information, failure to follow instructions or missed check-up appointments.
All medical data is treated confidentially and is subject to statutory confidentiality.
Processing takes place in accordance with revDSG and our privacy policy.
The processing of personal data takes place in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG).

If an invoice is not paid on time, the claim can be handed over to an external collection agency without further notice.
The resulting costs are borne by the defaulting party.
Dental11 can adjust these GTC at any time.
