• Data from online appointment bookings (ZaWin)

Health data is subject to medical confidentiality and is processed with special protection.

• Performing dental treatments
• Patient administration and statutory documentation obligation
• Invoicing & processing with insurance companies
• Online appointment booking & contact requests
• Improvement of the website (usability, security, statistics)
• Compliance with legal requirements

5. Disclosure of Data

Data is only disclosed if necessary and legally permissible:

• Insurance companies (accident/basic/supplementary insurance)
• Dental laboratories
• Practice software providers such as ZaWin

There is no disclosure for advertising purposes.

6. Transfer to Third Countries (especially USA)

When using certain services – especially Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Maps or other Google services – data may be transferred to countries outside Switzerland, especially to the USA.

We ensure that suitable guarantees are in place for this (e.g. standard contractual clauses) or that the transfer is based on explicit consent, if this is required.

7. Storage Period

Health data is kept for at least 10 years (statutory minimum period).
Other data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the respective purpose.

We protect personal data by means of:

• organizational protective measures

Despite taking great care, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
